When we meet
Business and Bacon meet every Wednesday morning at the Westfield House Hotel in Blaby.
Members and guests meet from around 7am with a chance to network over coffee. The formal meeting comes to a close at around 8.30am, causing minimal disruption to the regular business day.
It’s very common for guests and members to stay to discuss and develop ideas and opportunities based on the events of the meeting.
What we do
The standard agenda for a Business & Bacon meeting runs to the following foamy.
- Leadership Team Introductions
- Education Slot (delivered by the membership)
- Sixty Second Presentations by all members
- Ten Minute Presentation focussing on a particular member each week
- Leads and Testimonials. The business end of the meeting - a chance to pass referrals on to your colleagues, and receive them from other members. It is also an opportunity to provide testimonials for members.
- Any Other Business
From time to time we do break from this format to incorporate brainstorming sessions, trouble-shooting clinics and discussions regarding the general direction of the group.
